Reflexology Did you know that each of your feet contains well over 7,000 nerve endings? And did you know that the entire body is mapped on the soles of the feet? Reflexology is the art of applying pressure to various strategic points on the feet to bring balance to the entire body. Reflexology is profoundly relaxing, and offers so many benefits! Kim: $45/45 minutes, $60/60 minutes Swedish (Stress Relief Massage) This massage is for the discomforts caused by stress. It is a relaxing head-to-toe massage that increases circulation, reduces pain, and relieves tension and stress using light to medium pressure.

Kim and Kristin: $100/90 minutes, $65/60 minutes, $50/45 minutes, $40/30 minutes Deep Tissue/Sports (Pain Relief Massage) This massage targets pain and chronic tightness in specific areas of the body. It is ideal for athletes (for maintenance or after an event) and for injury and surgery recovery. This treatment works knotted areas, relieves cramps, and releases chronic tension using deep pressure and trigger points. Becca: $130/90 minutes, $85/60 minutes, $50/30 minutes
Kim and Kristin: $125/90 minutes, $75/60 minutes, $45/30 minutes Hot Stone Swedish A Swedish massage using heated stones that are strategically placed on the body and used to massage tense muscles. *2-hour treatments are for existing clients only since additional health considerations must be accounted for. Kim: $125/90 minutes, $75/60 minutes, $45/30 minutes Prenatal/Postpartum A form of Swedish massage specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the mother-to-be or new mother. Uses techniques that relieve pain and stress and reduce swelling in the legs, ankles, and feet. Mothers-to-be will lay on each side (with plenty of pillows) to receive this massage. Becca uses cremes and oils specifically designed for pregnancy, and she also has a variety of unscented products as well. Becca: $75/60 minutes, $45/30 minutes
Reiki A form of energy work that balances the chakras while the client is fully clothed. Becca: $65/60 minutes, $40/30 minutes Lymphatic Drainage Facial A mini-facial that creates beauty from the inside out by draining the lymphatic system to reduce the appearance of acne, wrinkles, cellulite, and scars. Has an anti-aging effect and enhances overall beauty and skin tone. Becca: $40/30 minutes
Chair Massage Fully-clothed massage to the arms, hands, neck, and back while seated in a specialized massage chair. Available in office or on site at events. Call for pricing.
Massage Add-Ons Massage Cupping $15 Based on the traditional Chinese medicine art of cupping, massage cupping creates mild suction and negative pressure to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Can be added to any Swedish, Deep tissue, or Hot stone massage. eco fin Hand Treatment $15
This hand treatment is fantastic during any massage. We place your hands in heated gloves containing a blend of shea butter and other natural ingredients, and then massage it into your hands and arms. This rich, warm cream gives you silky, soft skin without any greasy or sticky residue. It also provides temporary relief to achy, arthritic pain. Ingredients: Palm kernel oil, soy oil, shea butter, jojoba, vitamin E, organic coconut oil, essential oils and/or natural and organic aromas of raspberry and grapefruit.
Labor Massage Class This private class is for the pregnant woman and her birthing coach. Often, the coach feels a bit helpless seeing a loved one go through the pain of labor. Traditionally, there is little to do except perhaps coach breathing. This hands-on class provides useful, easy-to-learn massage techniques that the coach can perform on the pregnant woman while she's in labor. I can personally attest to the effectiveness of the techniques. They really helped me during my labor, and my husband will tell you he appreciated having a "job" so he felt helpful and had something of his own to focus on. Becca only: $40/45-minute private class

Enjoy a foot exfoliation and mud treatment, followed by a spa reflexology treatment.

Exfoliating body treatment that lifts away dead skin, refines and softens the skin. Anti-aging. Ideal for sensitive skin. It contains buffing beads and apricot powder, apricot and wheat amino acids, alpha-hydroxy lactic acid. Followed by a body butter light massage.

Aromatherapy Wrap
Choice of blends for uplifting or calming the senses. Enjoy an aromatherapy blend that is lightly applied along your energy meridians, and then gently massaged into the skin. You are then wrapped so the oils can penetrate your system, and you receive a scalp and face massage.
