BodyWorks Massage, LLC was founded in 2005 by Becca. All of our massage therapists are:

• Licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut

• Nationally certified to practice massage by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and BodyWork (NCBTMB)

• Members of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)

About Becca Torns-Barker

Becca is the owner of BodyWorks Massage. She has been a massage therapist since 2005, and she has completed the following programs:

• Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Professional Massage Therapist program, 850 hours, 2005
  

• University of Connecticut, BA in English, 1994

• Massage Cupping, received her Level 1 certification in 2009

• MotherMassage, received her prenatal/postpartum massage certification in 2005

• Biotone Spa, received her spa treatments certification in 2007

• Reiki 1 and 2, received her attunements in 2005 and 2007

About Mindy Neron

Mindy is a subcontractor for BodyWorks Massage, and has been a massage therapist for over a year. Mindy specializes in our longer treatments, offering 90-minute and 120-minutes sessions. She has completed the following coursework:

• Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Massage Therapist program, 2008

• Thai Massage, completed her first course in Thai massage, 2009

About Terri Hallenbeck

Terri is the latest addition to the team, and is a subcontractor for BodyWorks Massage. Terri is just starting out, but has a wonderful touch and works on both Becca and Mindy. She has completed the following coursework:
